Back from paradise..
After almost a week on the island of Nevis in the Caribbean, we are back in Paris, suffering not only from jetlag, but also from bellies full of alcohol and food.
I blame it on deals like this:
heaven is not just a sandy beach..
I think it would be considered socially irresponsible not to support the local economy by buying their very reasonably priced beers. So I can safely say that I did my part.
I'll tell you more about it tomorrow. A girl needs time to recover, you know.

I like the socially responsible excuse;) I'll be finally visiting Paris next week, but somehow I don't think I'll find drinks as cheap as $1.25 in your adopted home town? In any case, I'm looking forward to reading more about your trip..

Pille, I dont think I have seen beer that cheap anywhere. And it wasnt just obscure beer, but Coronas even. It was just to good a deal to resist!
Clare, it was a great holiday. Unlike one we would normally take ourselves, since we are fair skinned, and hide from the sun on most days, but it was a fantastic experience.
