What I love about food blogging..
I don't usually do this, but this junk food salad made me laugh out loud for many reasons.

lol! I wish my son thought the same way. He turns his nose at everything except, Pasta and all other related starch foods that are white...rice, potatoes, baguettes, and milk.

Corey, well your son sounds much like my boyfriend actually. I probably couldnt have paid him to eat a salad filled with doritos, although Im sure I would need a bit of coaxing myself!
Katy and Paz, Im glad you thought so too. It really made me laugh!
This is a funny salad but it kind of looks totally American: throw a bunch of vegetables and junk together, top with bottled salad dressing: voilà! salad! Like chicken salad with a crunchy potato chip crust!
While the mix of ingredients is "étrange" it wouldn't seem so weird to eat them each separately: green salad, some doritos and an apple? Not just a junk food lunch, n'est-ce pas?
